THE ONE TO TEST YOUR BIKE SKILLS
The race starts with an enjoyable bike ride over the fun paths of the island of Krk. This one is for MTB enthusiasts and was created for teams to enjoy the ride, feel the Croatian rocky terrain, and get into a good mood for the remaining days. Orienteering is fairly easy which allows skilled teams to keep the flow and have a feel of the bike race. They will however have to get used to endless old rock walls marked on the map, looking confusing until the brain finally picks them up. While many will start fast and focused, there will be plenty of mesmerizing views to distract them. Teams will climb from Baška to the so-called “Moon plateau” and then continue through the vineyards, fun single tracks, and fast dirt roads until, 63 km later, they make their way back to Baška.
