LEG5: THE ONE WITH THE WATERFALL
This 17 kilometers long section with a bit less than 1000 meters of elevation will take teams to “Zeleni Vir”, a natural spring, translated as Green Whirlpool. It is known for its stunning emerald-green waters, and it is surrounded by lush forests of Gorski Kotar. After the waterfall, teams will have to navigate their way through the wilderness and find the fastest way to the town of Delnice, the biggest and highest city in the race. This will be the time to enjoy the luxuries that civilization brings.
